  KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice.

  Responsibilities:Provide tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations for a variety of clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experienceBuild and manage client relationshipsManage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projectsAdvise clients and be responsible for delivering high quality tax service and adviceParticipate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm Qualifications:A minimum of two years of corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation and/or law firmBachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, and/or Masters in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/universityExperience with corporate taxation, consolidations and partnerships, and solid knowledge of ASC 740Excellent advisory and compliance skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex informationAbility to handle multiple engagements and client service teams

Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year the firm publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides two firmwide breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday.
