About the role:
This role is part of the Information Security function for Cardinal Health International India Pvt Ltd (CHII). We are looking for experienced individual contributor with hands-on technical experience in App Development and is between beginner and intermediate hands-on experience in any IAM services. Reporting to this role will be based on helix model, where you will report solid line to the local manager for your career development, benefits etc & dotted line to global manager for your statement of work.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
3-5 years of hands on experience working via WUI and API - SSO platforms (like Okta), Good to have experience of SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, Oracle LDAP, Active directory.
Beginner to Intermediate expertise in scripting/coding in Industry standard language (example: PowerShell, Python, bash, JavaScript etc.)
Beginner to Intermediate expertise in reporting and analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, Splunk
Experience or knowledge of Security best practices based on CIS/NIST frameworks, Regulatory frameworks like SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST etc.
Basic experience managing resources in GCP or AWS, network security, Application stack.
Experience or knowledge of Agile methodologies like Kanban, Scrum
Advanced expertise in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio/Lucid Chart, Planner/Jira
Complexity :
Able to analyze and utilize IAM systems identity map for trouble shooting and/or developing use cases.
Able to think both tactically and strategically to add value in discussions around technical solutions and/or processes for either one of the IAM technologies listed above.
Able to utilize built automation to reduce manual tasks through automation or CI/CD pipelines.
Perform IAM project resource duties IAM/Business projects.
Able to implement controls/patterns so as to comply with IAM best practices and CAH Security and Regulatory policies.
Supervision:
Completes work independently with technical guidance from Sr. Engineers
Communication:
Strong oral and written communication & self-starting attitude
Able to communicate clearly and effectively to level +1 management as well as to other engineers.
Able to break down technical jargon into business-friendly terms with some assistance.
Soft Skills:
Able to collaborate across teams and organizations.
Able to take accountability for one’s actions, is responsive to communications via email, IM, texts and calls, is not afraid to escalate or highlight issues to leadership and is able to set right expectations with peers and leadership on task execution/completion.
