　　A little taste of your day-to-day:

　　As the Business Development Manager, you’ll make sure all our client meetings and events run smoothly - acting as both brand ambassador and trusted partner – you’ll connect internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for planners, hosts and meeting attendees.

　　Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

　　Responsible for driving all segments - Leisure, MICE, Corporate and Direct Bookings.

　　Achieving set sales targets by DOSM and KPI's of hotel.

　　Sales role - Sourcing accounts, conducting sales calls, tele sales, creating contracts, driving conversions and creating/maintaining sales and revenues reports.

　　Stay aligned with competition and market dynamics.

　　Conducting Site Inspections and Entertainments as agreed with DOSM.

　　Run projects and tasks as per business requirements.

　　Participate in strategizing and budget preparation for all segments.

　　Work closely with the marketing team on all promotions.

　　What We need from you:

　　Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field 

　　Four or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team

　　Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required 

　　Must speak local language(s) 

　　 Other languages preferred
