　　Department: Ascension Stress Center

　　Schedule: Full time - Day shift - Monday through Friday and the hours are variable based on programming needs but generally between 0730-1700.

　　Location: Indianapolis, IN

　　This role may consider an ASSOCIATE level licensure as noted below.

　　Position is working in our Adult Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs.

　　Positions available for working with both Mental Health and/or dual diagnosis (Mental Health & Sub-Abuse co-occurring diagnosis).

　　Responsibilities

　　Provide behavioral health counseling services.

　　Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.

　　Administer individual and group therapy.

　　Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.

　　Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.

　　Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.

　　Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.

　　Requirements

　　Licensure / Certification / Registration:

　　One or more of the following required:

　　Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

　　Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

　　Licensed Social Worker credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

　　Licensed Associate Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained within 48 Months (4 years) of hire date or job transfer date.

　　BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

　　Education:

　　Bachelor's degree in Social Work required.Additional Preferences

　　Eligible candidates must have a Masters in Counseling, Social Work, or another related field with a clinical license (LMHC, LCAC, LMFT, or LCSW).

　　This role may consider an Associate level license.

　　Experience leading groups and working with youth and substance use disorders required.
