Description

　　In this position, you will be in charge of preparing and consolidating financial statements, analyzing and reconciling accounts, analyzing cash flow, creating budgets and forecasts, and preparing audits, as well as managing internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Candidates with strong analytical skills and a preference for challenging and fast-paced work environments will be successful in this position. 　　The salary range will be $70,000 - $80,000 DOE with the potential for FANTASTIC BONUS opportunities!

　　Your responsibilities

　　Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

　　Engage in various department-wide initiatives

　　Delegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessary

　　Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Uphold company standards when working with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls; while also providing support on special requests when required

　　Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

　　Provide monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

　　Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions

　　Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　Requirements - Experience with Month-end Journal Entries

　　Well-founded grasp of Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Solid understanding of Annual External Audit

　　Proven knowledge of Process Payroll

　　Deep understanding of Month-end Close Activities

　　Command of Annual Internal Audit

　　Foundational knowledge in Month-end Financial

　　Vow to meet business deadlines

　　5+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

　　Proficiency with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

　　Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

　　SEC reporting and SOX compliance is a plus

　　BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

　　Great attention to detail

　　Accounting experience in publicly-traded company a plus

　　Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

　　Skilled with ERP systems

　　Notable analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

　　Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
