　　Responsibilities:

　　The Security Operations Delivery Manager is responsible for the security operations and governance of cybersecurity for all Aeris IOT and Automotive offerings in production. The responsibilities require leading the Security Operations Center (SOC)

　　To monitor security threats vulnerabilities

　　To ensure the effective configuration and documentation of our security tooling

　　To respond to Security threats and Incidents during incidents and problem investigations.

　　In addition, they will govern Aeris’ compliance with ISO 27001 and the associated management of security risk and privacy.

　　The Security Operations Delivery Manager will also act as an advisor, reporting risks and consulting with the Security team to propose innovative security strategies to the Head of Security. This will involve:

　　Organizing the governance and documentation of SOC activities in alignment with ISO 27001 policies and procedures

　　Managing incident response activities

　　Maintaining the contents of the ISMS (Information Security Management System) and promoting its values within the Security Operations team

　　Ensuring platforms and processes comply with all Aeris best practice, regulatory standards and requirements

　　Acting as an escalation point for security incidents and inquires, and ensuring timely responses to security incidents

　　Taking part in the definition of SOC key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on these according to the agreed cadence.

　　Advising and partnering with the Head of Security and Lead Security Architect regarding security risks.

　　Supporting external audits (when required) and Statement of Compliance activities for customer contracts.

　　Qualifications:

　　Degree in Telecommunications / Computer Science / Cybersecurity / MBA or equivalent industry experience

　　IT Security & Privacy experience; preferably having a relevant security certification (CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GMON)

　　IT Service Operations experience, with at least 2 years management experience

　　Years of experience: 5-8 years
