As a Tax Preparer and Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for corporate and individual tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial statements. 　　Job Type: Full-time

　　Location: Lynchburg

　　Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience

　　Roles and Responsibilities:

　　Prepare and file corporate and individual tax returns accurately and in a timely manner

　　Conduct thorough and accurate bookkeeping, including maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable

　　Prepare financial statements and reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

　　Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and documents for tax preparation and bookkeeping

　　Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have

　　Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients

　　Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

　　Qualifications & Skills:

　　Previous experience in corporate and individual tax preparation and bookkeeping

　　Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations

　　Proficient in using accounting software and tools

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

　　Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
