Influencer coordinators are responsible for successful execution of influencer projects for our clients. They will work closely with Account and Project Managers to oversee the projects from start to finish, assisting with concepting, shortlisting, outreach/negotiation, deliverable & feedback management, and reporting. This role will also assist with miscellaneous Client Service tasks based on bandwidth.
Essential Job Functions:
Support the day-to-day development and execution of influencer campaigns for various clients
Source & shortlist influencer candidates based on client briefs
Execute all outreach to influencers, work with Account Managers to negotiate contracts and deliverables according to the campaign brief
Manage influencer campaign execution to ensure content deadlines are met, assets, shared, etc.
Manage the organization and tracking of campaign results, and inputting data into reports
Assist with internal reporting and program recaps as needed
Assist in ideating influencer campaign strategies and creative approaches
Stay on top of social media platforms and content trends.

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience working in social media and/or influencer marketing, including internships; personal experience as an influencer also counts
Thorough knowledge of various social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
A deep passion for social media and influencer marketing: you love looking out for the latest trends and innovative brand executions
Analytical skills, the ability to look at data and make recommendations to optimize performance
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask, handling several projects at once while meeting deadlines
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with a great phone or video call presence, and the ability to tactfully discuss contract terms as needed
Stellar attitude: you’re a team player who has pride in being able to work well with others and thrives in rolling with the punches as they come
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Some exposure to paid media/advertising a plus
Experience with business development/RFP completion also a plus

For applicants in NY & NJ, the salary range is $63,000 - $65,000 per year. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states.
