Qualifications:

　　A minimum of 3-5 years' progressive experience in a related field

　　Applicable State Required Armed Security License required

　　Ability to quickly assess critical situations, utilize problem solving skills, and apply a high level of attention to customer satisfaction.

　　o Conflict De-escalation and control tactics

　　Highly proficient in official report writing.

　　A favorable determination from a third party psychological evaluation is required.
