Grounds Temporary Summer Staff – Summer 2024

This is a seasonal temporary position from May – August & work hours are 6:00AM-2:30PM, Monday – Friday

　　What you'll do: As a member of our Summer Grounds Team, you will be responsible for doing various building maintenance tasks to keep our properties looking neat, clean and beautiful. But that's not all - other duties include the following:

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls

　　Rakes and bags leaves

　　Cleans grounds and removes litter

　　Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs

　　Water lawn and shrubs

　　Repairs and maintains irrigation

　　Repairs fences, gates, walls, and walks

　　Paints fences and outbuildings

　　Works independently

　　Drives to various locations as assigned by management

　　What it takes to join our team:

　　Must be available to work Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM. Hours may fluctuate based on weather. Some overtime or weekend work may be required to meet needs of business.

　　Must be 16 years of age or older

　　Must consistently be at work and on time
