　　Does that sound like you? Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team. We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel for the Siemens Legal Hub in the Philippines.

　　You'll make an impact by:

　　Provide legal advice to Siemens companies in South East Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, with a focus on tasks such as contract drafting, review, and negotiation, risk mitigation, bid preparation, dispute and claims management.

　　Be an innovative and business-oriented member of our Legal Hub in the Philippines, contributing to our regional scope in South East Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.

　　Test and implement new legal tech solutions to enhance our legal operations.

　　Your defining qualities:

　　Law Degree with at least 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) from a leading law firm or international company.

　　Philippine Bar Membership (or Bar Membership in another jurisdiction)

　　LL.M. in common law jurisdiction or knowledge in common law system (helpful but not mandatory).

　　Strong interest in legal tech applications and willingness to implement and improve such applications.
