  The Search Team is responsible for pursuing satisfying search experience, and increasing positive search activity awareness on TikTok. Coordinate resources from all markets to bring traffic search consumption (Click, VTR, VV, etc), user acquisition, and search retention.

  What will I be doing?

  As a Search Operation Specialist in the Search team, you will be responsible for undertaking search-side campaigns proposed by different projects; improve the user's search experience for such activities in search and expand the user's search demand for content.

  It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

  Responsibilities

  - Responsible for undertaking search-side campaigns proposed by different projects; improve the user's search experience for such activities in search and expand the user's search demand for content.

  - Optimize cooperation standards and strategies based on different types of activities in certain regions.

  - Dig into the demands of each type of content in different regions and explore ways to improve search-related metrics.

  - Conduct basic surveys or analyses on certain data to assess performance and expression.

  - Find potential opportunities and risks through daily work and put forward suggestions for improvement.

  - Additional compatible and related responsibilities which are not necessarily listed above

  Qualifications

  What should I bring with me?

  - Bachelor's degree or above

  - Excellent proficiency is both written and spoken English

  - Strong expertise and knowledge about search engines and TikTok / similar apps

  - Familiar with common software, and the SOP of events online in social apps

  - Have a great sense of data analysis, especially for complicated business matrix

  - Has an in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the local users' habits

  - Has brilliant judgment when encountering unsure cases and feedback timely and properly

  - Previous experience within the Social Media / Internet / Technology industry will be highly preferred
