The Enterprise Data and Digital Solutions team is focused on integrating alarge portfolio of digital technologies across the USSF enterprise to providenear term solutions to our customer's pressing information systemchallenges. The Cross Mission Data Branch is tasked with supporting the SpaceEnterprise in developing data storage and analytics capabilities to support awar in space. This Sr. Project Leader role is a technical position activelyengaged in Aerospace's support to this Space Systems Command program office.

What You'll Be DoingYou'll be providing Aerospace support to the Cross Mission Data BranchYour activities will include leading projects, evaluating contractordesigns, shepherding key data sets, prototyping new technologies, andprovided strategic inputs that enables the larger space communityThis a key position with the potential to shape both the Space Force thinkingand future corporate activities in the management of Space DataYou'll be working in a fast-paced environment with geographically dispersedteams across the Space Enterprise
What You Need to be Successful - Senior Project LeaderMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Computer Science or arelated Engineering subject areaMinimum of 12 years of related experience in Information Systems, spacesystems, and data infrastructureExperience with and leading software development, cloud deployments, andinformation technology systemsWillingness to travel domestically several times a yearAbility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and Special Access Programclearances, which are issued by US Government, US Citizenship is requiredto obtain a security clearance
How You Can Stand OutIt would be impressive if you have one or more of these:First-hand knowledge of government data systems including the Unified DataLibrary or similar data systemSeveral years of hands-on experience developing and deploying softwaresystems. Ideally, also leading these efforts and technical teamsUnderstanding of Spacecraft Architectures and Command and Control (C2)Ground SystemsA working understanding of the systems and algorithms the US Government usesfor Space Domain Awareness (SDA) and to maintain the space object catalogProven understanding of how to bring to bear machine learning and artificialintelligence in data systems.Experience with USSF culture and the acquisition processesCurrent TS/SCI and Special Access Program clearances, which are issued byUS Government, US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance
