　　About the Job:

　　An opportunity has arisen for a Kids Club and Activities Attendant to join our Beach Operations in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

　　Ensure toys and equipment are clean and keeping the kids safe.

　　Ensures that all activities adhere to and support the Jumeirah International Quality Management System.

　　Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child.

　　To correctly hand over information and cash to an incoming GSE when changing shifts

　　To ensure the reception area and lobby is maintained in an excellent condition at all times

　　Correctly process appointment requests and give accurate information

　　Organize activities for kids club visitors

　　Ensure all club rules and regulations are always enforced.

　　Be fully aware of club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices

　　Participate in any scheduled training programs

　　Responsible for the filling out the store requisitions from the Guest Supplies Store, Beverage Store and General Store and to get them signed by the Manager

　　Assists the kids pool and outdoor playground areas

　　Must be able to perform any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

　　Promote and conduct the kids activities in the resort as per the program of activities.

　　About you:

　　The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

　　Must have a diploma or a vocational training in a kindergarten / children care related field with previous similar work experiences.

　　2-3 years experience working with children in similar environment

　　First Aid Certified

　　Works positively with others and contributes actively to promote a healthy team spirit
