　　ABOUT THE ROLE

　　The Weighmaster weighs trucks using the LafargeHolcim LIFE system and supports the office operations by performing various administrative tasks as needed.

　　WHAT YOU'll BE DOING

　　Ensures a safe work environment for self and others at all times.

　　Demonstrates SAFETY, then QUALITY, followed by PRODUCTION

　　Assists in responsibilities for site-specific safety training of visitors

　　Weighs trucks and ticket outbound sales using the LafargeHolcim LIFE system

　　Communicates effectively and timely with Sales staff

　　Assists customers in identifying needed product and amount

　　Maintains accurate COD records

　　Ensure all work areas, including scale house, are clean, tidy and organized at all times

　　Trains and coaches other employees when needed

　　Performs other duties as time permits or as assigned

　　Filing

　　Answering customer service phones

　　Running reports

　　Data entry (should be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel)

　　Timely completion of daily reports

　　Reduction in CARBS through accurate ticketing

　　Invoice Accuracy Rate

　　Ticket Continuity

　　Pit turnaround times

　　Scale efficiency (Overload/Underloads)

　　Completion of IDP

　　Ensure compliance with internal control procedures - communicating problems in operations, unwarranted deviations from established standards, and violations of policy or law

　　Internal controls providing reasonable assurance of effective and efficient operations, including actions to prevent and detect fraud and protect Company resources

　　RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER JOBS

　　Constant interaction with dispatch and inside sales to avoid ticketing issues and delays.

　　Close interaction with external haulers and customer base.

　　Works regularly with PSSR to correct and minimize billing issues.

　　WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

　　Education: High school diploma or equivalentor years of equivalent experience.

　　Required Work Experience: Previous scale, dispatching, or order-taking experience preferred

　　Required Training/Certifications:

　　Licenses Preferred : Willing to obtain weigh license

　　Required Computer and Software Skills : Must be computer literate and able to demonstrate competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes

　　Additional Requirements : Basic math, reading, and writing skills are required (English)

　　Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed

　　Must be able to pass pre-employment physical/drug/alcohol test

　　Punctual and reliable; good attendance required

　　Must be safety-oriented and exhibit safe work habits

　　Able to perform basic math computations
