　　As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Octo, you would support a multi-year, high-profile software development project in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs. 　　The Digital Transformation Center (DTC) supports Veterans Affairs (VA) with onboarding and maintaining enterprise SaaS and PaaS solutions used to support the mission of serving our Veterans and their associated stakeholders. We are digitizing information and processes for improved implementation, leveraging modern tools and low code/no code for reusability and faster delivery.

　　Document system changes, configurations, and frameworks.

　　Provide analysis for system design and redesign.

　　Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to elicit specifications and requirements, to develop innovative solutions.

　　Prepare functional documents and requirements, review with the stakeholders and obtain sign off.

　　Assist with Quality Testing, including creating Test Scripts and Training artifacts.

　　Work directly with and serve as the liaison between business teams, technology teams and support teams.

　　Translate requirements and artifacts to agile user stories.

　　Assist in quality assurance and contribute to the testing and debugging of solutions as needed.

　　Years of Experience: 2+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience.

　　Education: BA/BS degree required.
