　　Credentialing Associate

　　Location: The ideal candidate for this role will live within 50 miles of a Elevance Health Pulse Point.

　　The Credentialing Associate is responsible for processing credentialing and re-credentialing files in accordance with Company and departmental policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and accrediting organization standards.

　　Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

　　Assures the confidentiality and integrity of all aspects of the credentialing program and process including communication of information regarding participating providers to Medical Directors, Credentials Committee and other internal departments, as well as database management, provider relations and contracting.

　　Ensures providers joining the network meet the credentialing criteria based on NCQA and CMS guidelines, client requirements and internal policies.

　　May be utilized within Network Operations to support the company's end to end process.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Requires a high school diploma and one year of office experience in a health care environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

　　Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

　　Proficient computer skills strongly preferred.

　　Experience in Adobe Pro and MS Excel preferred.

　　Experience using CAQH preferred.

　　For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $14.82 to $24.69
