As a Sales Representative, Endoscopy, you will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry by assisting with the selling, promoting, and marketing of our products to a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, supporting the sales manager to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains outstanding relationships with Stryker’s new and existing customers and drives recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth.

Cultivates new sales opportunities alongside the Regional Sales Manager, alongside planning and executing a quarterly and annual business plan, identifying existing revenue streams, and driving acquisitions across the territory.

Managing capital sales cycles for high value products.

Providing consistent and timely reporting of key account activities, forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports.

Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and support in the operation and use of our Stryker’s Endoscopy products.

Attending sales training meetings, trade shows and other internal and external events to promote and give visibility to the companies’ products.

Achieve territory financial targets through effective customer management and new business development.

What you need

Ideally, a BA or BSc degree in a Biomedical/Lifesciences or business-based subject or equivalent experience

Proven successful sales experience

The ability to translate clinical benefits of medical products to economic value to HCP’s and confident using financial based selling applications

A valid UK drivers’ license

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and healthcare professionals including surgeons

Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce

Confident using CRM systems

If you have experience within surgical sales, or capital sales within an NHS pathway, this is highly desirable
