Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for someone to support the Engineering Test Team to support vehicle level testing for Reliability and Durability tests performed in-house and at external test labs. The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate directly with engineering teams in executing vehicle level tests at various proving grounds. The successful candidate for this position must have a broad background in automotive maintenance and testing.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-5+ Years in automotive service industry, coming from a luxury car dealership or motor sports industry

　　-Strong knowledge with CAN and LIN

　　-Experience diagnosing electric / hybrid vehicles, both in low and high voltage using meters & oscilloscopes

　　-Flexibility to work long hours and weekends when required and open to 20% travel -Technical / automotive ASE (or equivalent) certification

　　-Use of MS Office tools to effectively communicate results / failures (e.g. Excel or PowerPoint)

　　-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines

　　-Flexibility to work long hours and weekends when required

　　-3+ Years of engineering prototype or product validation

　　-Basic fabrication use of bandsaws, drill press, mig or tig welder

　　-Basic instrumentation knowledge (Accelerometers, Thermal Couples, Stain gauges)

　　-Vehicle & controller firmware deployment and diagnosis null
