Main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Fifty percent of workplan: Support pgprosupplies.com operations. Be the primary customer service contact that will respond to customer inquiries. The lead candidate will approach this work with a solution mindset and collaborate with others to ensure solutions presented deliver P&G value while maintaining the highest levels of responsiveness and customer service. Other pgprosupplies.com tasks may include dissemination of reports and trends, updating website master data and content, and various project work as the website continues to develop and expand.
Twe nty-five percent of workplan: Support planning and execution of 6-8 large in person meetings per year. Meetings are a combination of training events and lead team meetings that generally involve about 20 attendees. Most meetings are held in Cincinnati. Support planning and execution of 4 virtual meetings per year. Virtual meetings are for the entire organization and require preparation support as well as post meeting follow-up. Support planning and scheduling for smaller ad hoc meetings held at P&G offices by the TSO Lead Team.
Twenty-five percent of workplan - Administrative support including calendar/travel for one Senior Director. The candidate will also manage some organizational reporting and processes to help ensure the team operates efficiently. This will include group genies and territory reports that are used across the organization.
Job Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills - Both verbally and written. This role requires effective relationship management and communication with customers and people across functions and levels.
Autonomy & Flexibility - Take leadership and initiative in areas of responsibility, work independently and quickly to adjust time to most important needs.
Ability to think and act proactively and decisively - Attention-to-detail is important. Anticipates the needs of manager and acts proactively to assist/recommend. Feels confident in bringing and suggesting new approaches for organization and productivity to manager and team.
Agility - Since responsibilities can vary day to day, the lead candidate will be able to maximize their time, completing routine tasks when time permits, while keeping focused on larger responsibilities. The ability to change gears quickly is important. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze and improve existing processes, making suggestions that create a positive culture while increasing the efficiency of the team. Must have high capacity while feeling comfortable moving between key work assignments.
Digital proficiency – Technical skills will require knowledge of MS Office tools. In addition, candidate must be open and demonstrate capability to quickly develop new skills with unique systems utilized in PGP & TSO including Salesforce and Magento e-commerce platform.
Must live within commuting distance as no relocation benefit is provided.
