ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to our exciting growth plans we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the Crozier team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive a seamless, efficient and cost effective service for transporting and storage of art works. Working closely with the transport and storage teams this role will manage the end to end service for allocated clients, ensuring work flow processes are followed and systems are kept live with up to date information and client queries are addressed and resolved promptly. Dealing with complex projects, ensuring accurate communication at all levels. This role reports to the Manager, Gallery Services
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise and collaborate with all company functions and operations relevant to your allocated project.
Arrange appropriate transport/packing/storage method for art works
Provide estimates for clients
Deal with client queries when needed and source the best solutions
Ensure best practice is utilised and carried out at all times.
Managing multi projects at any given time.
Advise the client when appropriate of better solutions.
Work with account managers and the business development team to ensure clients needs are being met and are consistent.
Follow up on opportunities for business growth.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Sales experience
Excellent numeracy skills
IT literate - good knowledge of Google workspace
Ability to use own initiative
Good team player
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Art/Business degree an advantage
Art industry experience or knowledge an advantage
