Job Description

　　A local building automation and security systems client of ours is looking for a Jr BAS Service Technician to join their team. They right candidate will:

　　Maintain positive customer relations, perform maintenance, system upgrades and respond to BAS service calls in a quick and effective manner while adhering to codes, regulations and standards.

　　Perform equipment troubleshooting, & repair for DDC control-based systems

　　Record documentation of services provided

　　Maintain site back-ups and documentation

　　Build customer rapport by resolving concerns/answering questions

　　Skills and Requirements

　　You have a strong work ethic, take pride in your workmanship, collaborate well with others, and have a continuous desire to learn

　　0-2 or 2-4-years' experience and a solid understanding of commercial BAS/HVAC equipment maintenance

　　Functional and technical ability to evaluate service problems, recommend appropriate action and follow through

　　Experience with electronic systems, troubleshooting, estimating and dealing with complexity

　　Ability to work in a team environment while taking responsibility for individual tasks

　　Strong customer orientation including the ability to manage expectations and satisfy customers

　　Commercial level experience - Schneider Electric/Andover Controls, Johnson Controls and Tridium experience a plus null
