THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Sales Enablement Manager (EMEA)

Job summary

The Global Inside Sales Capability Center (“ISCC”) Enablement Manager will lead the team responsible for driving enablement of EMEA Inside Sales.

In this role, you will design, develop, and roll-out an enablement program tailored to desk-based roles in order to help teams around the world to advance the capabilities of their existing resources and onboard new resources for the first time. You will manage a team of Enablement resources, including Regional Training Specialists and Call Coaches operating in EMEA. You and your team will be responsible for increasing the productivity and effectiveness of Iron Mountain Inside Sales Teams.

To do so, you will equip teams with the knowledge, resources, and skills they need. You will develop and maintain the training programs for each of these roles - aligning people, processes, and technology to create a system of ongoing learning for our sellers. You will work with your team of regional Training Specialists to adapt the training programs for regional nuances - and with your team of Call Coaches to reinforce the ‘classroom’ training in a live selling environment - ensuring that your team is supporting inside sellers globally with coaching that is always applicable.

Iron Mountain is embarking on a significant growth transformation, and the EMEA ISCC Enablement Manager will be integral to driving this growth - this is a high visibility role within the commercial team.

Your role in our mission:

Lead the planning and content creation for ongoing training initiatives for new and experienced hires over the course of their professional development with Iron Mountain within desk-based roles

Serve as program development leader for new hires experienced reps - ensuring that reps are getting the right training at the right time

Deploy relevant role playing concepts from Iron Mountain’s global training program (Elevate) and materials for navigating the Iron Mountain organization

Identify and create enhancements to Inside Sales procedures with an emphasis on Sell All and strategic selling

Develop training materials on Sales infrastructure relating to information/ reporting systems, communication and information sharing, in order to drive consistent adoption and compliance in usage of sales tools including SalesForce, SKP, SecureBase, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, etc.

Organize and lead weekly one-on-one touchpoints with Inside Sales Managers and Directors around the world to discuss development areas for reps and needs of each region and set goals for talent development

Valued skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Significant experience in sales enablement / training and with inside sales roles, with demonstrated knowledge of best practices and technologies in each of these areas

Measurable experience with a positive impact on business outcomes, such as ramp time to productivity, quota attainment, and attrition

Experience in leading and executing change management initiatives

Prior people management experience preferred

Collaborative mindset with project management and leadership capabilities

Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Inside Sales processes and training requirements

Strong organizational and team management skills, with a record of coaching and developing others

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

High level of professionalism, assertiveness, and creativeness, with the ability to team effectively at all levels of IRM
