Skills & Qualifications:

　　-2+ Years of Previous Cash Apps/AR Experience (more the better)

　　ACH, Credit card experience

　　Posting money to accounts upon receipt of payment

　　-Advanced Excel Skills

　　Bachelor's degree in business management or a high school diploma

　　Description:

　　The Cash Applications Clerk is responsible for daily cash posting for assigned companies, internal account management, general account support. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication and multitasking skills. The successful candidate must be able to work under tight deadlines in a fast–paced environment.

　　Duties:

　　● Prepares / posts daily cash receipts (checks, wire, credit cards, auto withdrawals and/or offsets), ensuring all cash

　　receipts are posted to the correct account and company and including payment file for upload and application

　　● Reviews and coordinates bankruptcy documentation received.

　　● Reconciles internal accounts.

　　● Maintains and updates all vendor setup forms.

　　● Performs invoice uploads as required

　　● Coordinates submission of Loss of Use requests

　　● Prepares and presents (internally and externally) lien waiver documents.

　　● Performs other related duties as required.
