　　Assistant Project Manager - GBA Builders

　　GBA Builders is dedicated to building the critical environments commonin the pharmaceutical, biotech, mission critical, healthcare, and otherregulated industries. We provide pre-construction consulting, generalcontracting, design-build and construction management at risk services.GBA Builders is headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas with field officesthroughout the Midwest. We work closely with our parent company, GBA,Inc. in a design-build relationship to add value to our clients.

　　We are looking for a candidate to assist with design-build projects. Asuccessful candidate will be a team player who is self-motivated andwilling to jump in and assist where needed, adding value by offeringthoughtful solutions and project efficiencies.

　　Responsibilities

　　Be a team player on design-build projects work with architects,engineers, owners, subs, etc.Interact with clients and design team as needed to resolve issuesand expedite construction workEstimating assistance quantity takeoff, subcontractor pricingassistanceQuality control assistanceScheduling development and managementProject bidding and buyoutProject Budget ManagementSafety assistance while on job sitesRequirements

　　Degree in construction management or engineering with at least 2years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical plants, orindustrial construction.Hands on construction experience is desired but not requiredKnowledge and experience working with MEP systemsPartnership approach to working with architects and engineersMS Office Suite knowledge and excellent computer skillsProficient in MS ProjectExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to be a team playerSelf-motivation and time management skillsSome travel is requiredTo be considered an applicant, you must go to the Careers section of ourwebsite at www.gbateam.com to submit an application and resume.
