  Sales Director Savory Market will manage a commercial and technical team focused on selling savory ingredients for soups, sauces, seasonings and plant-based meat alternatives. Come join our team and bring progress to life with our customers.

  Your key responsibilities

  Manage a commercial and technical team responsible for customer relationships, sales and technical support of key accounts in the savory ingredients segment

  Empower sales teams in solutions based cross-selling at existing customers and new prospects

  Identify levers for growth across the segment through a consultative selling approach to the full ingredient portfolio

  Manage a key account and assume full responsibilities for distribution management

  Translate the Ingredients Solutions strategy into implementation

  The preferred geography for this position is the NY Metro area. Candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones of the US will also be considered. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $154,700-$193,400.

  You bring

  Minimum 10 years of sales/business development in the food ingredients market required

  Experience managing others directly required with experience managing a commercial and technical team preferred

  Savoury ingredients sales experience a plus

  Consultative selling, solutions-based sales and concept selling experience

  Experience leading change and transformation

  Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus
