Lamination Machine Operator

　　Northfield, MN

　　$20.35 - $21.35/hr

　　Description:

　　Sets up and operates various machines in Laminations.

　　These are large roll machines that put the material through various adhesive chemicals to provide strength

　　Loads and unloads rolls of material from machines as required by the job

　　Performs routine visual checks on work in process.

　　Performs routine maintenance on processing equipment as needed

　　Makes adjustments to speed, tension, timing, temperature and related variables as needed to meet specifications

　　Adds solvents and other chemicals to processing equipment as specification or work order indicates.

　　Shift:

　　2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30 pm (Monday – Friday)

　　3rd Shift: 10:30pm – 6:30am (Sunday – Friday)

　　Overtime:

　　Overtime is mandatory on 2nd and 3rd shift.

　　Mandatory OT 3rd shift (Friday Night)

　　1st/2nd shift on Saturday

　　Skills:

　　manufacturing, production, Machine Operating, Assembly, General Labor, assembly line, material handling

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　3+ months of manufacturing, production, fast-food, warehouse, or experience. (Manufacturing is most desired)

　　Must be able to stand on feet for 8 hours a day.

　　Must be able to lift 50+ lbs consistently

　　Experience Level:

　　Entry Level
