You will be expected to support the Payroll department in this position in a variety of duties such as data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. This Payroll Clerk opportunity is based in the Willow Grove, Pennsylvania area and is a short-term contract / temporary employment role.

　　Responsibilities

　　Administer and distribute reports as instructed

　　Construct and run custom reports

　　Supply the organization with instructions/training regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.

　　Conduct clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc

　　Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system

　　Reach out to employees via phone and email to obtain timesheet approvals

　　Compile data into spreadsheets and the payroll system Requirements - Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

　　Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

　　Proven ability to quickly learn new systems

　　Experience with high volume data entry

　　2+ years of previous payroll experience

　　Qualified in Payroll software

　　Payroll experience desired

　　UKG Pro experience

　　High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
