　　Sales Data Jr. Specialist

　　Non-management position

　　Start date: as soon as possible.

　　Location: Monterrey General Offices

　　Working hours: full-time with flexible working hours

　　Profile: University recently graduated (any specialty) and 1-3 experience years

　　Qualifications: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

　　We are looking for someone with the ability to help us build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with others while performing a role in our Sales.

　　As coordinator in the Commercial Team, you will:

　　Utilize data analytics, including the use of Power BI, Excel, Powerpoint, Office, Knime, and other data tools, to collect, process, and analyze sales data, identifying market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

　　Generate advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI to provide actionable insights to the sales team.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead data-driven discussions to enhance sales strategies.

　　Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and availability.

　　Create predictive models to support sales forecasting and planning.

　　Empower the sales team with data insights, providing guidance on market trends and opportunities.

　　Act as a leader in data-driven decision-making, influencing sales strategies and direction.

　　Job Qualifications

　　Live in Monterrey.

　　University recently graduated (any specialty) and 1-3 experience years Sales Data Analyst

　　Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking

　　Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.

　　Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.

　　Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead discussions and guide strategies based on data insights.

　　Excellent attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks.

　　Effective communication skills to convey data-driven findings to diverse audiences within the organization.

　　Ability to communicate English (written and spoken intermediate) is a plus.

　　Clear ability to handle multiple priorities.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office package
