　　Responsibilities:You'll be* Planning, participating in, and analyzing war gaming exercises thatexplore the missile defense environment in realistic conflict scenarios* Producing recommendations about tactical, strategic, force structure andposture, concepts of operations, and technological and architecturaloptions available to the United States and its allies

　　Basic Qualifications:* You must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field applicable tomissile defense systems plus 20+ years of professional experience or atechnical Master's degree with 12 years of professional experience* You must possess or can obtain an active SECRET clearance.* You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.Lacking any one of these disqualifies you from this job.

　　Preferred Qualifications:* Previous participation in Red/Blue military architecture exercises,either on Red, Blue, or White (secretariat) teams* Knowledge of missile defense or other strategic systems* Full-time professional experience in areas such as military strategicsystems acquisition, military systems research and engineering, ormilitary strategic planning* Proficiency in written and oral communication skills to independentlydevelop technical white papers, briefings, etc., as required by thecustomer to communicate complex technical issues* Teamwork-centered mentality, willingness to assist with solving complexproblems
