　　Qualifications

　　As ourCorporate Support - Sales Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data across our computer systems and databases. Your primary tasks include but are not limited to, researching and gathering data for our sales team, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring records are organized and up to date. Operating with integrity and having a high attention to detail are crucial for success. You will be trained to perform data validation, properly handle confidential data as directed, and maintain a high bar as you display proficiency in computer software and data entry techniques.

　　Responsibilities

　　Transfer of data using systems such as Salesforce and other software as provided.

　　Become an expert on providing key sales information that is needed daily.

　　Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

　　Update existing data.

　　Retrieve data from a database or electronic files as requested.

　　Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　MinimumRequirements

　　High school degree or equivalent

　　Typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

　　Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets; Primarily MS Office, Word, and Excel.

　　Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.

　　Basic understanding Customer Relationship Management Software (Salesforce knowledge is a plus!)

　　Great attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

　　Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

　　Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
