Role : Global Wholesale Commercial Support

　　Reports to : Global Wholesale BD and Wholesale Director UK & Africa

　　Role Type : Full time, Permanent

　　The role will focus on supporting the Business Development teams and Wholesale Business Development Director globally. The role will involve managing a diverse team of internal stakeholders to ensure all elements of the onboarding process run smoothly end to end.

　　The role will also involve commercial support and will be the interface for new business initiatives.

　　This will be a hands-on role and will require someone with drive and the desire to succeed in a fast paced environment.

　　The Role:

　　You will be involved in a range of tasks including supporting the global Business Development teams and BD Director.

　　Assist the business development teams with drafting and issuing NDAs (pre-drafted template) and managing the on-boarding, re-accreditation processes of new/existing customers throughout the BD pipeline, including interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

　　Ability to update and analyse the BD pipeline dynamics, track performance against targets and use the pipeline to provide meaningful data to the BD Director.

　　Assist with development and implementation of Target Operating Model initiatives including process development, process re-engineering and streamlining operations.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Wholesale and Corporate Functions) to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

　　Assist in organising and coordinating meetings and workshops.

　　Facilitate communication and collaboration between different regions, departments, and stakeholders. Keep all relevant parties informed about changes in processes, policies, or strategies.

　　Work with team Project Managers and Change Coordinators within geos to link up and align requirements and delivery plans.

　　Skills Required:

　　Understanding of the wholesale business and trading systems would be highly desirable

　　Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to manage internal and external stakeholders

　　Strong understanding and appreciation of processes and processing re-engineering

　　Good commercial acumen and understanding of financial drivers

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

　　Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

　　Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

　　Self-aware, open-minded with a high degree of personal and professional integrity

　　The ability to build strong relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, internal and external stakeholders
