　　WGB Companies, Inc. d/b/a Weathercraft Company of Garden City (Company)needs 10 temporary Roofing Helpers from 04/01/2024 11/15/2024 for workat various worksites in Finney County in Kansas. Work is full-time;MondayFriday; 7:00 a.m.4:00 p.m.; at least 40 hrs/week; Company uses asingle workweek as the standard for computing wages due; workers paidevery week. Pay is \$19.31/hr with applicable benefits. Workers areeligible for overtime pay of \$28.97/hr, equal to one and one-half timesthe regular hourly rate for all hours over 40 in a given workweek, whichmay be available based on weather conditions and business needs. Pleasenote that 5 hours of overtime per week is an estimate based onhistorical averages over the period of need and is subject to changebased on weather conditions and business needs. If requested by workers,Company will assist with locating adequate housing for the temporaryseason. The cost of any such housing will be at a rate of \$87.00 perperson per pay period. If requested by workers, Company will providedaily transportation to and from the jobsite at a rate of \$8.00 perperson per pay period. Company will make all deductions from theworker\'s paycheck required by law, plus \$87.00 per person per payperiod for housing expenses for employees who choose them and \$8.00 perperson per pay period for daily transportation expenses for employeeswho choose them.

　　Job duties include the following: Assist more experienced roofers andcrew leaders with physically demanding duties related to new andre-roofing projects. Use, supply or hold materials or tools. Clean workarea and equipment. Ensure that completed roofs are watertight. Sweepand clean roofs to prepare them for the application of new roofingmaterials. Locate worn or torn areas in roofs. Clean work areas andequipment. Maintain tools and equipment. Shovel rock, apply glue with aroller, work from hands & knees. Remove old roofing materials. Set upsafety equipment.

　　Company will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment required toperform the job to workers at no charge. The costs of transportation(including subsistence and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from theplace of recruitment to the place of employment will be reimbursed uponarrival (subject to repayment to Company if the workers do not completeat least one-half of the employment period). Company will reimburse H-2Bworkers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, bordercrossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment, that are actually incurred by the workers (other than thosefees primarily for the benefit of the workers). Upon completion of thework contract or where a worker is dismissed earlier, Company willprovide or pay for the workers reasonable costs of return transportationand subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departedto work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequentemployment with another employer or where the employer has appropriatelyreported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least \$15.46/dayduring travel to a maximum of \$59.00/day with receipts. Normalwork-related travel within the area of intended employment is requiredas necessary dependent upon business needs. Company guarantees to offerwork for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each12-week period of the total employment period.

　　Must have the ability to understand instructions, answer questions, andinteract with co-workers in a fast-paced environment. Must becomfortable with heights.
