Purpose of Role

This position exists to identify, design, and implement AI solutions while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with business goals. The Sr. AI Solutions Specialist will own the lifecycle of AI initiatives—from ideation to deployment—delivering innovative products that enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic value.This role requires some technical expertise in AI/ML methodologies, with a mandate to identify and compare innovative solutions, develop strategic partnerships, and translate complex technological capabilities into actionable insights. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to prototype and evaluate cutting-edge AI applications.

Your Impact

Conduct comprehensive research and comparative analysis of AI technology partners.

Assist in evaluating potential AI technology partners and explore collaboration opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and align AI solutions with business objectives.

Contribute to the development and implementation of AI solutions, including building implementation plans, roadmaps, and business cases

Engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and external technology partners.

Drive AI solution investments, manage complex projects, and guide the implementation of AI strategies across multiple business domains. Your leadership in designing and delivering AI frameworks will influence operational efficiency and strategic value.

Balance technical expertise with strategic thinking will lead to the identification of innovative solutions that address business challenges. You will drive improvements in existing AI processes, applying innovative approaches where needed.

This role is key in influencing decision-makers and facilitating the alignment of AI solutions with business goals. You will engage with internal teams and external partners, driving collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of AI initiatives.

Collaborate with applied scientists, solutions architects, and industry specialists to design proofs of concept (POCs) and pilots.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related field or 4+ years in technical program management in a large organization

Applicable experience building applications in Swift and SwiftUI for the iOS platform

Minimum of 2+ years experience working with AI/ML technologies, designing, and deploying AI solutions

Experience in developing business cases for AI and ML solutions, as well as communicating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Relevant certifications in AI/ML or product management are preferred

Strong understanding of AI/ML solutions, including deep knowledge of AI technologies, product delivery, and strategy.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

$118,050.00 - $162,319.30 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
