Are you ready to take your machining skills to the next level? We're seeking 2 elite CNC Machinists to join our innovative team in Saco, ME. Imagine working with state-of-the-art 5-axis, multi-axis, and 11-axis mills in a role where your expertise in full setups and changeovers will shine. Your keen eye for detail, strong documentation, and inspection skills, along with your critical thinking abilities, will be key. Plus, you'll get to flex your programming muscles by assisting with edits as needed.

Responsibilities

Master the operation of advanced 5-axis, multi-axis, and 11-axis mills.

Execute full setups and changeovers multiple times per shift with precision.

Maintain meticulous documentation of processes.

Inspect and ensure top-notch quality of machined parts.

Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.

Assist with programming edits to optimize performance.

Additional Skills Qualifications

Expertise in setups and operation of 5-axis or multitask machines (e.g., Mori NTX, Okuma Multus).

Familiarity with programming, CMMs, and measuring equipment.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving skills.

5+ years of experience in precision manufacturing.

Proficiency in blueprint and schematic interpretation.

Work Environment

Join a vibrant production team of 120 people across multiple shifts. Our facility offers ample natural lighting and a comfortable, temperature-controlled environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00
