Our 32 bed unit requires bothteamwork and hard work to manage pain, wound care/dressing changes,family dynamics that are associated with trauma and the overall healingprocess until that patient can go safely on to a rehab facility or home.Our nursing staff, both RN\'s and CNAs do a great job working togetherto provide excellent patient care to all our patients every day! TheRegistered Nurse is a practitioner who is responsible for assessing,planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identifiedgroup of patients in an inpatient environment.
