　　DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Sales Representative, you will manage primary account sales responsibility for Industrial Coatings - General Finishes customers. Sales activities will be focused on maintaining and expanding business at existing accounts and selling new accounts.

　　As part of the Industrial Coatings Sales Team, you will be a remote employee and will report functionally to the Regional Sales Manager. PPG offers excellent and affordable benefits; substantial PTO, vacation, and sick time; and outstanding matching 401k plus additional retirement savings.

　　Key Responsibilities* Manage a territory which includes direct contact with leaders and decision makers at the organizations which include Plant Managers, Quality Assurance Managers, Paint Engineers, Paint Managers, and Maintenance Managers* Grow sales and profit dollars to meet Industrial Coatings goals* Be the facilitating technical resource for issues related to powder, liquid, e-coat, and pretreat coating systems* Lead and supervise product launches and trials which includes organizing teams and communicating with several internal departments* Establish operating procedures to increase production and reduce costs* Work with the diagnostic labs to determine root-cause of defects and help implement solutions

　　Qualifications* Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience.* Minimum one to two years field sales experience with several industrial coating technologies including powder, liquid, e-coat, and pretreat systems.* Sales territory geography will be segment-based for Home & Lifestyle and HTLF accounts
