What You\'ll Do: Our Level IIACS-verified Trauma Center provides care to over 65,000 patientsannually with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs. Thedepartment consists of 45 total patient exam rooms including ten UrgentCare rooms, five resuscitation/trauma/critical care rooms, and threededicated Behavioral Health rooms. As a working clinical supervisor, youwill be expected to provide patient care and be responsible foroverseeing roughly 40 direct reports composed of nurses, EMTs, andparamedics. You will also be responsible for gap analysis andproject-based work that positively impacts the department, patient care,satisfaction scores, and employee morale.
