  Chemours is seeking a Health Services Technician to join our growing Health Services team. This position will report directly to the Occupational Health Services Regional Lead at our Washington, WV location.

  As a Health Services Tech, this position will provide medical assistance and administrative support to the Health Services Team and Safety at the local site. The Health Services Tech will assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines. You will interact with employees, line management, safety, plant management, and health care providers as needed. ​

  The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  Management of Occupational Health Clinic supplies to include ordering and auditing

  Support nursing team in managing medical surveillance and medical clearance programs

  Entering and uploading all medical documentation and information per Chemours, legal, confidential, and ethical guidelines in the electronic medical records management system

  Assist Safety regarding the medical aspects of the Emergency Response Team

  Support Wellness and Healthy Being initiatives

  Promote health and wellness within the facility

  Managing the site drug screening program

  Schedules surveillances via Vector module

  Reviews, verifies, and reconcile Health Service invoices

  Filing documents and charts as needed

  Manages the required site Leave of Absence Reports

  Assist and maintain to ensure Surveillance Examination Guidelines are entered correctly

  Assist with site Ergonomics program

  Other duties deemed necessary

  The following is required for this role:

  Medical experience in a clinical or hospital setting

  Strong problem solving skills

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite

  Detail oriented

  Strong organizational skills

  CPR/AED certified

  The following is preferred for this role:

  Certified Phlebotomist or experience with drawing blood

  Ergonomic experience

  Occupational Health experience 3-5 years

  Experience with workers compensation

  Experience with urine drug screen collection and management

  Experience in administering Audiometric testing

  Experience in administering Pulmonary Function testing

  Breath Alcohol Technician

  Knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA

  Medical Assistant, EMT certification

  Knowledge with Workday, Kronos and Cority Electronic systems

  Pay Range (in local currency):

  $58,240.00 - $91,000.00

  Chemours Level:

  22

  Annual Bonus Target:

  4%

  The pay range and incentives listed above is a general guideline based on the primary location of this job only and not a guarantee of total compensation. Factors considered in extending a compensation offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, and alignment with market data. The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
