NOW HIRING A MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

　　Must have experience working in a CNC shop

　　Can start as soon as possible!

　　Job Description:

　　Will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding mechanically in the following areas: hydraulic, pneumatic systems, rebuild spindles, gear boxes, motors, conveyors, valves, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic pumps. Indicators, Spindles, TIR, change out spindle cartridge, complex gear boxes, set gears, mesh/backlash. Successfully diagnose a ball screw issue

　　Brands of Machines:

　　35+ OEM names in the shop, Mori Seiki, Mazak, Toyoda, Walbridge, Thiebs, Brothers, Cincinnati, etc.

　　MUST HAVE

　　Ability to diagnois, troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment idependently

　　Ability to use Siemens controls

　　Machine Repair

　　Education and Years of Experience

　　Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED typically required

　　5+ years of relevant experience required and must have previous manufacturing experience working as a CNC Repair Tech

　　NICE TO HAVE

　　Experience working with larger parts that required the use of overhead cranes

　　Experience using chains and straps to safely move parts
