Then you have what it takes to be a Clinical Decision Unit Nurse at St. Joseph Hospital. Our Clinical Decision Unit/Observation Unit RN will: Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and over management of care for the patients on the Clinical Decision Unit, including telemetry monitored patients. Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patents and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education. What you’ll bring: Passion for telemetry. 1+ year of RN experience working in telemetry preferred. New Graduate Registered Nurses are welcome. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Required. Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred. New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License and Registration required. Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required. Must be computer literate. Must be able to read and write basic English. Salary Range USD $49.61 - USD $58.07 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
