　　Situated on the iconic Chicago River since 2014,with stunning views of downtown, River Roast is a lively social house and gathering place. The menu features contemporary American tavern fare with dramatic presentations of whole roasted chicken, whole roasted fish, and slow roasted beef.

　　Detailed Responsibilities

　　Sets the standard for guest relations - show the team how it’s done!

　　You live our brand, and it’s on display daily via stellar hospitality, communication skills, and menu knowledge.

　　Promotes an inspiring work climate, maximizing productivity and morale and uphold all Levy standards.

　　Promotes a positive work environment through hiring/selection of team members, maximizing productivity and morale through team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels per business needs.

　　Is a hospitality hero and a private events guru! This unique opportunity is 1/2cRestaurant and 1/2 Private Events; will need to be driven to excel in both areas.

　　Partners with Marketing and PR teams to generate brand-appropriate events and online content.

　　Ensures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs.

　　Generates daily and monthly reporting in a timely manner and leads month-end inventory round tables meetings.

　　Uses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members.

　　Models and enforces responsible alcohol service.

　　Interviews, hires, trains, and develops the team to ensure lines of communication are open between all team members.

　　Maintains state, federal and business compliance, including but not limited to responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards, and client requirements.

　　Skills and Experience

　　5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position

　　High level of computer literacy

　　Passion for hospitality

　　Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
