　　Description: A remote Drafting/Designer position is currently available at Belcan. This is a full-time direct job with benefits. Great matching candidates will have at three to five years of mechanical design experience in aerospace and an associate's degree in a related field.

　　Job Duties:

　　Solid part modeling and drafting using CAD NX, Solidworks

　　Complete tasks using customer standard work

　　Create and present at customer design reviews

　　Peer review completed deliverables of team members prior to submittal to customer

　　Help address NX questions and act as an informal mentor to lesser experienced team members

　　Required:

　　Three to five years of experience as Drafter/Designer within Aerospace and an

　　Associates degree Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting/Design or similar degree

　　Expert level of proficiency in NX CAD software

　　Ability to work within an integrated product development team

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools

　　Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required

　　Preferred:

　　Local to the Rockford area and able to work onsite as needed preferredCompensation:

　　We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary of $56,160 to $93,600 however Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.'
