　　Alaska Northstar Resources (ANR) currently seeking a qualified candidate to work as a remote, full time Helpdesk Analyst on the DMAPS program. Candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following job duties:

　　Supervises and/or coordinates and resolves activities of Help Desk Technicians or Representatives engaged in assisting computer users with hardware and software questions and problems.Fielding telephone calls and e-mail messages from customers seeking guidance on technical problemsDiagnosing nature of problems, and assisting customers through problem solving steps.Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves information systems problems to minimize down time of applications and personnel.

　　Basic Minimum Requirements

　　Candidate must be US Citizen

　　Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain common access card (CAC)

　　Candidate must have 3+ years experience with the following:

　　Working as a Helpdesk TechnicianAssisting users while providing good customer serviceDiagnosing issues, and resolving issues.Desired skills, knowledge, and experience (preferred, not required)
