Description:

　　in charge of putting rotations for the floor together

　　take employees to plug and play where they need to be

　　rotate every 2 hours of where the employees need to be

　　keeping employees motivated and presses running

　　managing attendance/employee reviews

　　be a part of challenging conversations when necessary

　　would have 16 direct reports

　　Hours: 2nd shift - 4:00pm-midnight

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Manufacturing experience -- 6 months-1 year
