As Product Manager , you will support key initiatives, drive projects and manage operative tasks within the product management team in order to improve the organization’s market position and support the achievement financial growth on specific B2B segments for our Connecting Material business. To achieve these goals, you will work closely with colleagues within the Remscheid office and in sites across the European organization.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Actively take part in defining the connecting materials strategy, including the go-to-market plan and commercialization approach.
Carrying out market research, competitive analysis, cost and pricing analysis.
Setting the pricing strategy.
Supporting marketing activities.
Providing customer support and encouraging new product sales.
Delivering high-level presentations to management.
Who You Are:
You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You make new connections and build relationships in other areas and teams. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization.
For This Role, You Will Need:
University degree with a focus on marketing, business, business engineer or related subject matter.
One or more years of Product Management and/ or Business Development and/or Sales experience.
Strong Project Management capabilities.
Ability to work efficiently independently and together with the team.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with local and remote collaborators in an international environment.
Good skills in PowerPoint and Excel are crucial.
Proficient in German and English.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Basic technical understanding/background in engineering or technology.
Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10% of the working time).
