  The Release Management Digital Analyst provides business insight and analysis and supports ongoing projects and releases to improve First Horizon’s online and mobile banking experience. They also support user acceptance testing, help manage the flow of defects, and document enhanced release management processes and procedures.

  Specific Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and identifies opportunity areas and provides reporting to improve processes and user experience

  • Understands business requirements, processes, and the systems that online and mobile banking rely upon

  • Facilitates conversations that will result in the creation and understanding of user stories/requirements

  • Supports processes around testing and configuration changes

  • Completes user acceptance testing

  • Holds others accountable

  Specific Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in related field of study or equivalent experience

  • Business Analyst, Financial Services, online/mobile or user acceptance testing experience preferred

  • Good problem-solving and communication (spoken and written) skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; and ability to work well in a team environment

  • Passion for detail

  • Ability to manage project duties, balance workload and meet internal/external deadlines.

  • Ability to hold others accountable.
