　　Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 7:00AM to 3:30PM

　　Pay Range: $18.00-$21.00 per hour base on experience.

　　This position is an entry-level and developmental building maintenance/sanitation position.

　　Essential Job Functions: Other duties may be assigned.

　　Perform basic scheduled maintenance/upkeep of assigned DC assets and equipmentEnsure all BRC/YUM requirements are met and maintainedDevelop a working knowledge of all building requirements and tracking of McLane Maintenance/Sanitation expectationsAssist with all DC maintenance/sanitation requirements such as, but not limited to:Cleaning and sanitizing tractor and trailers with power washerRepairing trailer walls and strip curtains in trailersOperate pallet jack and forkliftRemove all returning product, load bars, and pallets from trailerUnload inbound deliveries as directedStack plastic and wood palletsHandle will-callsDock doors repairsRacking repairsRamps, handcarts, and load lock repairPaintingTrain in McLane equipment safetyEffectively communicate both written and orally with supervisors and peersWork independently and in a team environmentBe trained and certified to operate any required equipment within 30 daysMaintain a flexible work schedule to meet the changing needs of the job Work in warm and cold temperaturesStand, walk, bend, stoop, push, grasp and reach above the head for extended periods of timeMinimum Qualifications and Requirements:

　　Have 1 year of professional experience in industrial maintenance or sanitationHave experience with Distribution Center industrial equipment, including, but not limited to forklifts, reach trucks and pallet jacksPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHave knowledge of OSHA regulationsWorking Conditions:

　　The environment encompasses all areas of a Distribution CenterThis position requires the teammate to work inside and outside of the centerThis position may require work in hot and cold temperatures extremes and exposure to dust, dirt, fumes, noise, potentially harmful chemicals, solvents, and components, and working near other teammatesCandidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
