If you have an analytical mind set, and enjoy working in a laboratory setting, this could be the opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesPerform moderate and high-complexity testing;Develop method validations for routine and biomarker testing in our expanding laboratory;Perform clinical sample management with appropriate chain of custody protocols;Maintain overview of inventory and orders;Comply with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP);Assist in maintaining accreditation standards, to include all check sheets and quality control information sheets (CAP and CLIA standards).QualificationsA PhD in Molecular Biology or equivalent;Good knowledge of human genetics and medical terminology;Good knowledge of DNA sequencing concepts and strategiesFamiliarity with quantitative PCRKnowledge of Next Generation Sequencing is a big plusExperience in a laboratory setting;Able to work in a team environment with effective interpersonal skills and able to work independently; andProfessional demeanor and strong work ethic.Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
