Job Summary
This position will provide L2/L3 support for Relativity application issues, manage coordination at a local and international level when required, and conduct team discussions for challenging projects. The position will also troubleshoot beyond the checklist to bring final resolution and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- - Regularly review and prioritize ServiceNow tickets and resolve technical issues.
- - Manage Relativity licenses, resource pools, servers, agents, and instance settings, and create Relativity Event Handlers.
- - Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients and participate in Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT).
- - Conduct team discussions and support project teams with L2/L3 Relativity application issues.
- - Coordinate at local and international levels, provide knowledge sharing, and work with external vendors.
- - Assist with workspace migrations and prepare documentation for new technical tasks.
- - Maintain and update technical documents and procedures, advance relevant job skills, and participate in daily shift handoff calls.
Job Requirements
- - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
- - Minimum 3 years of experience in eDiscovery technology or application support.
- - Strong knowledge of Relativity application, EDRM model, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- - Familiarity with enterprise tools, ITIL processes, and support ticketing system.
- - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to resolve routine and non-routine problems.
- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technologies, or equivalent experience.

The Compensation range for this role is 58,680.00 - 117,361.20 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
